General Information
Prime MX White Primer is a water-based opaque white primer developed for all interior wood panels, furniture, MDF, and panel doors, applied with a spray gun with high filling power.

Surface Preparation
- The wood must be completely clean and its moisture content is below 12%.
Application
- Water Based Prime Industrial MX White Primer is ready to use and does not require thinning. (In very hot weather, it can be diluted up to 2-3% with drinking water).
- Before use, mix Prime Industrial MX White Primer thoroughly and check its homogeneity. Repeat this process throughout the application.
- Apply the product in 2 layers with a paint gun (2.5-3 mm nozzle, at least 3 atm pulse pressure).
- Wait 1.5-2 hours between coats and lightly sand the surface with sandpaper no. 180-400. If you want a smooth surface appearance, wait 24 hours before applying the second coat and sand the surface thoroughly with sandpaper no. 180-400.
- Wait 24 hours for complete drying.
- Ventilate the applied area thoroughly to ensure drying during and after application.
Care
- If there is old paint/varnish on the surface, sand it thoroughly.
- Clean the wooden surface from all dirt and oil and sand it thoroughly.
- Thoroughly remove any dust generated.
- Repeat the steps in the "Application" heading in 1 or 2 coats, depending on the wear and tear on the surface.

The lifespan of wood increases with regular maintenance. To ensure optimal protection, check your wood every year and maintain it if necessary.
The colors shown here are applied on pine and care has been taken to ensure that they are close to reality. The color you will achieve will vary depending on the properties, texture and absorbency of the wood. In order to see the real color, it is recommended to try it on the wood to be used.
