General Information
Prime MX 4060 is a non-yellowing top-coat water-based opaque paint with high surface resistance developed for all interior wood panels, furniture, MDF, and panel doors.

Surface Preparation
- New woods:
- Clean the surface from all dirt, oil and dust.
- Sand by hand or machine with 120/180 sandpaper. Thoroughly remove any dust generated.
- Polished Wood Surfaces:
- Do not apply the product directly to painted/varnished surfaces.
- Sand the surface thoroughly with 120/180 sandpaper or machine. Clean up any dust created.
Application
- The product is ready to use and does not require thinning. If necessary, it can be diluted up to 5% with drinking water.
- Stir the product thoroughly before use and check its homogeneity. Repeat this process during the application.
- Apply the product in 2 or 3 layers with a paint gun or brush.
- Wait 1.5-2 hours between coats and lightly sand the surface with sandpaper no. 180-400. If you want a smooth surface appearance, wait 24 hours before applying the final coat and sand the surface thoroughly with sandpaper no. 180-400.
- Wait 24 hours for complete drying.
Care
- If there is old paint/varnish on the surface, sand it thoroughly.
- Clean the wooden surface from all dirt and oil and sand it thoroughly.
- Thoroughly remove any dust generated.
- Repeat the steps in the "Application" heading in 1 or 2 coats, depending on the wear and tear on the surface.

The lifespan of wood increases with regular maintenance. To ensure ideal protection, check your wood every year and maintain it if necessary.
The colors shown here are applied on pine and care has been taken to ensure that they are close to reality. The color you will achieve will vary depending on the properties, texture and absorbency of the wood. In order to see the real color, it is recommended to try it on the wood to be used.
