worn\/discolored wood by sanding it with 150\/180 sandpaper.<\/li><li>Thoroughly remove any dust generated.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Painted\/Varnished Wooden Surfaces:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Do not apply the product directly to old painted\/varnished surfaces.<\/li><li>Completely remove the old paint\/varnish from the surface with sandpaper.<\/li><li>Thoroughly remove any dust generated.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The product is ready to use and does not require thinning.<\/li><li>Stir the product thoroughly before use and check its homogeneity. Repeat this process during the application.<\/li><li>Apply the product in 1 layer with a brush, cloth or dip and wait 4-6 hours for complete drying.<\/li><li>If a second coat is to be applied on wood with high absorbency, apply the second coat after 4-6 hours and remove excess oil by combing it with a cloth or brush.<\/li><li>To obtain a homogeneous appearance, apply in the direction of the grains in the wood.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Maintenance (If the same product has been used before):<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Do not apply the product directly to painted\/varnished surfaces.<\/li><li>Completely remove the old paint\/varnish from the surface with sandpaper.<\/li><li>Thoroughly remove any dust generated.<\/li><li>Repeat the steps in the \u201cApplication\u201d heading.<\/li><li>Inspect annually and maintain as required.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>General Instruction:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Keep product closed when not in use.<\/li><li>The general application temperature of the product is between 15oC to 25oC at a relativehumidity range of 40-65%.<\/li><li>The moisture content of the wood to be applied must be below 20%.<\/li><li>Do not use the product in direct sunlight or in rainy weather.<\/li><li>Do not apply any materials such as linseed oil, filling varnish, yacht varnish on the wood to be used on the exterior, before or after Prime Deck and Garden Furniture Hybrid Oil.<\/li><li>Impregnate pine and similar soft-textured or unimpregnated woods with Prime Impregnation before applying Prime Deck and Garden Furniture Hybrid Oil to protect them against decay and gain a long service life.
