Surface Preparation
- The wood must be completely clean and its moisture content is below 20%.
Application
- The product is ready to use and does not require dilution.
- Application with Brush: Apply the product with a brush to completely wet the wooden surface. After the impregnation process, wait for it to dry for at least 24 hours before applying paint/varnish on the wood.
- Application by Dipping: Immerse the wooden material completely in a tank filled with Prime Impregnation made of materials such as sheet metal, polyester or polypropylene. Immersion time pine etc. for soft textured woods it is at least 6 minutes. After the dipping process, hold the impregnated wood on the tank for 2-3 minutes to ensure that the excess product on the surface flows into the tank.
- After the impregnation process, stack the wood material appropriately. After the impregnation process, wait for it to dry for at least 24 hours before applying paint/varnish on the wood. Close the lid of the product after application.
Care
- If there is old paint/varnish on the surface, sand it thoroughly.
- Clean the wooden surface from all dirt and oil and sand it thoroughly.
- Thoroughly remove any dust generated.
- Repeat the steps in the "Application" heading in 1 or 2 coats, depending on the wear and tear on the surface.

- Varnish To minimize waiting time between application and impregnation, apply the product in the afternoon and proceed to varnish application the next morning.
- You can eliminate the sounds of maggots coming from your wood by squeezing the product into the holes opened by the maggots with a syringe.
- To accelerate the drying process after the impregnation process, ensure that each surface of the wood is well ventilated by stacking it in a grid type.
- In large projects that have not been assembled, the impregnation process is completed quickly with the dipping method.
- Cover the product remaining in the drum after the impregnation process to prevent it from losing its effect in the next process.
The lifespan of wood increases with regular maintenance. To ensure optimal protection, check your wood every year and maintain it if necessary.
The colors shown here are applied on pine and care has been taken to ensure that they are close to reality. The color you will achieve will vary depending on the properties, texture and absorbency of the wood. In order to see the real color, it is recommended to try it on the wood to be used.
